Growing up in Europe, I remember wearing and passing on high-quality clothing that lasted generations. Some pieces even had other kids’ names written on the label. My father used to tell me, ‘We’re not rich enough to buy cheap things,’ and he was right.
Low-quality children’s clothing simply doesn’t last and only leads to wasted materials, money, and closet space.
That’s why I started Firebird Kids: to help parents buy better and use for longer.

OUR NAME
THE FIREBIRD
The firebird is a mythical, magical bird present in many Slavic fairy tales and the inspiration for Stravinsky’s ballet by the same name.
In folklore, this bold and beautifully radiant creature was treasured by many, often the object of pursuit for adventurers. Of no specific gender, the firebird is a symbol of questing, immense value, and a vehicle of transport to a freer world.
The firebird inspires us to be bold, to value true beauty, and to endlessly pursue a better world for ourselves and our children. We aim to always express these values in the garments we produce and the way we conduct our business.
