Ground Shipping: Firebird offers FREE ground shipping  on orders over $95 going to any destination in the contiguous United States. For orders under $95, shipping is $5. Please allow 3-8 business days for arrival.

All orders above $150 to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories qualify for free shipping.

2-Day Shipping:  We offer expedited orders with 2-Day delivery for $25. Please note order processing time still applies to the order. 

Overnight Shipping: Overnight shipping is available for $35. Please note order processing time still applies to the order.

Returns & Exchanges

Visit the Firebird Returns Portal to return an item.

Firebird will exchange and accept returns of unworn, unused and unwashed products within 30 days of shipment, for free.
