Free ground shipping on US orders over $95. Orders under $95 ship for $5. Please allow 3-8 business days for arrival; this includes Alaska, Hawaii and US territories.
2-day delivery is available at checkout for $25. Order processing time still applies.

Returns & Exchanges
To start a return, sign in to your Firebird account with the email you used at checkout, open your order, and select "Return items." No password needed: we email you a one-time code. Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return label by email.
Firebird accepts returns of unworn, unused and unwashed products within 30 days of shipment, for free.
Need a different size? Email us with your order number and the size you want, and we will set up the exchange.
