Quiet from across the room. A little wild up close.
A snake in violet and red slips across the front, disappears under one arm, and coils back around the hem. It's the detail kids find first and parents notice second. Powder blue ground, knit in NYC from GOTS-certified organic Italian cotton.
The snake isn't printed on, the way most kids' graphic sweaters are. It's intarsia, a technique where the picture is knitted directly into the fabric, stitch by stitch, the way heirloom sweaters were always made. It won't crack, peel, or fade like a print, because it's not sitting on the sweater. It is the sweater.
Ribbed trim at the collar, cuffs, and hem keeps the fit true through rough wear. Unisex and sized 2-3T to 12/13, so it hands down to a sibling, or passes forward through our Pass It On resale program.

Returns & Exchanges
To start a return, sign in to your Firebird account with the email you used at checkout, open your order, and select "Return items." No password needed: we email you a one-time code. Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return label by email.
Firebird accepts returns of unworn, unused and unwashed products within 30 days of shipment, for free.
Need a different size? Email us with your order number and the size you want, and we will set up the exchange.
